Liberty Brand Identity

Liberty's Transformation into a Year-Round Destination

Liberty Mountain Resort has long been a destination for Baltimore-region skiers, but it was dealing with a real perception problem. To many, it was “the mountain where you learned to ski” and nothing more. Following a sizable investment in a stunning new lodge, two restaurants, and a full-service spa, Liberty suddenly had all-season appeal and out-of-state reach.

The All-Season Ski Resort
By developing a compelling brand platform and a versatile identity system, we armed Liberty with the tools and tone necessary to convert untapped audiences. Customizable marketing kits, resort-wide signage, and an updated website made for an experience that was cohesive and informative to guests. No longer a skiers-only destination, Liberty began attracting weddings, corporate events, golfers, and snowboarders looking for something to explore. We intentionally created an identity system that reflected the resort’s history, and all those memories made by Baltimoreans, because we knew it was the perfect foundation for new memories to be shared with an even broader audience.
