Create Baltimore

Create Baltimore, formerly the Baltimore Office of Promotion & Arts, is behind the raven’s share of Baltimore’s fun (and, woohoo, free) events.

As a nonprofit organization, they exist to cultivate the city’s creative economy by inspiring and engaging audiences through broad applications of the arts. From civic activities like the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade to large scale events like the Baltimore Book Festival and beloved Artscape, Create Baltimore is constantly upping the charm of this fair city.
