Road to Tokyo

Connecting Athletes & Fans Through Authentic Storytelling

Ahead of the Tokyo Olympics, Louisville Slugger set out to elevate their Fastpitch brand by showcasing three sponsored athletes—Aubree Munro, Kelsey Stewart, and Delaney Spaulding—as they prepared to compete on the world’s stage. With softball making its first Olympic appearance since 2008, the campaign celebrated the athletes’ journeys and offered a unique platform for them to inspire younger Fastpitch players.

Stories of Grit & Greatness

We created Road to Tokyo to capture the human side of being an Olympian—not just the grind, but the roots and relationships that shape their success. At the heart of the campaign was a personality-driven video, featuring the athletes reacting to childhood snapshots provided by their families. This connected audiences to the athletes as people, not just competitors.

Influencers Before There Were Influencers

The campaign assets and messaging leveraged the athletes’ unique personalities, creating a meaningful bridge between Olympic heroes and amateur players.
