Crafting the Student Journey to Hopkins

Celebrated as one of the nation’s leading institutions, Johns Hopkins University is best known for its excellence in STEM and medicine. But in order to attract a broader, more diverse applicant pool, Undergraduate Admissions needed to show there’s more to life on campus than libraries and laboratories. We partnered with them to craft an application journey that highlighted the university’s defining feature: a dynamic, multifaceted community brimming with opportunities to make a meaningful impact—and to have a great time doing it.

This project was all about delivering the right message at the right time during prospective students’ college search process. From a high school junior’s first visit with their counselor to their college official enrollment decision as they near graduation, we stayed top of mind with carefully timed, informational touchpoints. We provided tips, resources, and guidance for every step of the search and application process, all while maintaining a consistent tone that fostered a sense of transparency, respect, and individuality.
