From the Shore to Your Door

To ensure a seamless user experience, we carefully mapped out customer journeys, creating logical pathways and clear calls to action. For restaurant guests, we made it easy to explore menus, make reservations, and find locations. For grocery shoppers, we provided a custom front-end catalog integrated with Shopify, enabling nationwide delivery of Phillips’ premium seafood items. We tied everything together with our updated brand identity, prioritizing bold graphic elements, clear typographic hierarchy, and engaging tone. The result was two websites that connect Phillips Seafood to their customers, whether they’re planning a dinner out or craving a taste of Maryland at home.
